General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from researchchemicallab.eu and to all agreements between researchchemicallab.eu and the consumer. The terms and conditions are available on the researchchemicallab.eu website and can be provided in writing upon request.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the delivery and payment terms of researchchemicallab.eu. researchchemicallab.eu reserves the right to change the delivery and/or payment terms over time.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, researchchemicallab.eu does not recognize the general or specific terms and conditions of third parties.

1.4 researchchemicallab.eu guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and the specifications as stated in the offer.

Delivery

2.1 Delivery will take place while stocks last.

2.2 In accordance with distance selling regulations, researchchemicallab.eu will fulfill orders within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery within 30 days or the agreed delivery period is not possible, for example, due to a shortage of stock or other reasons for the delay, the consumer will be notified within one month and can cancel the order free of charge.

2.3 researchchemicallab.eu fulfills its delivery obligation once the ordered products have been presented to the customer. For home delivery, the carrier's report serves as proof of presentation.

2.4 All delivery times on the website are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased during the term of an offer, unless required by law or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.

3.2 All prices on the website are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.

3.3 All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT.

Inspection period / Right of withdrawal

4.1 For consumer purchases under the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code), the customer has the right to return (some of) the delivered goods within 14 business days without giving a reason. This period begins upon delivery. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so by email or using the contact form.

If researchchemicallab.eu is notified in a timely manner and the order has not yet been processed, the full amount will be refunded and the order canceled. If the order has already been processed, Professor.nl reserves the right to charge a processing fee.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

The customer must provide proof of timely return, for example, with proof of postage. researchchemicallab.eu cannot issue a refund based on proof of postage alone.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. If the products are opened or damaged, researchchemicallab.eu reserves the right to charge a depreciation fee.

Within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment, researchchemicallab.eu will process the refund.

If the product is returned unopened as instructed by researchchemicallab.eu, the purchase price will be refunded, minus a €15 administration and processing fee.

If you return part of your order, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded, minus a €15 administration/processing fee.

Additional costs for more expensive shipping methods than standard delivery will not be reimbursed. The customer bears the costs and risks of return shipping.

4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services that have been fully performed and for which the consumer has previously agreed to the performance and the loss of the right of withdrawal once researchchemicallab.eu has fully performed the service.

5.2 researchchemicallab.eu respects the privacy of users of the website and treats your personal data confidentially.

5.3 researchchemicallab.eu may use a mailing list. Each mailing includes instructions for unsubscribing.

Warranty / Complaints and Conformity

6.1 researchchemicallab.eu guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and the existing legal regulations on the date of the agreement.

6.2 A guarantee from researchchemicallab.eu, the manufacturer, or the importer does not affect the consumer's statutory rights and claims in the event of failure to comply with the obligations of researchchemicallab.eu.

6.3 If the delivered product is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, the customer must notify researchchemicallab.eu in writing within 30 days of receipt before returning the product. Returns must be made in the original packaging. If the product has been opened and is no longer complete, or if damage occurs after the defect was discovered, the right to make a complaint and return the product is void.

6.4 Indien klachten van de klant door researchchemicallab.eu gegrond worden bevonden, zal researchchemicallab.eu het product kosteloos herstellen, vervangen of opnieuw verzenden, naar keuze van de klant. De aansprakelijkheid van researchchemicallab.eu voor schade is beperkt tot het factuurbedrag van het betreffende product of het bedrag dat de aansprakelijkheidsverzekering dekt. 6.5 Complaints must be submitted to researchchemicallab.eu fully and clearly described within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Complaints will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires more time, the consumer will receive confirmation of receipt within 14 days and an estimate of the time required for a more detailed response.

If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, a dispute arises that is subject to a dispute resolution procedure.

The consumer must first contact researchchemicallab.eu. If the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer can contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur, which will mediate free of charge. If a solution is still not found, the complaint can be submitted to an independent dispute committee, whose decision is binding.

6.6 researchchemicallab.eu is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van niet-leidinggevend personeel. Deze garantie geldt niet indien:

  • the customer is in default in fulfilling obligations towards researchchemicallab.eu;
  • the customer has edited the delivered products themselves or has had them edited by third parties;
  • the delivered products have been used under abnormal conditions or otherwise treated carelessly or in conflict with the instructions of researchchemicallab.eu or the user manual.

Offers

7.1 Offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.

7.2 If the buyer accepts a non-binding offer, researchchemicallab.eu reserves the right to revoke or amend the offer within 3 working days of receipt.

7.3 Verbal commitments are only binding on researchchemicallab.eu after express written confirmation.
