You are permitted to unpack or test the received products to the extent necessary to assess their properties, characteristics, and functionality. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must handle the products with care and return them to globalsourcechemicals in their original condition and packaging. Exceptions for perishable and hygienic products
Products purchased from globalsourcechemicals with a limited shelf life (such as hygiene products or personalized products) cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this category of products. The sale is final once payment has been successfully completed, as clearly stated in our offer.
