Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, this isn't always possible; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. The delivery time is indicated on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

After you make a purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which you can use to check the status of your purchase. Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive another email with details about your purchase. We recommend checking your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you haven't received an email after one business day and you've checked your spam folder, please contact us immediately.

Bestellingen in Nederland die vóór 17:00 uur bij researchchemicallab.eu worden geplaatst, worden de volgende werkdag bezorgd, met uitzondering van de Waddeneilanden vanwege vertragingen door boottransport. PostNL zorgt voor een veilige en snelle levering. Bij besteding vanaf € 50 in onze webshop is de verzending binnen Nederland gratis.

Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so no one can see what you've ordered. Only your delivery address is printed on the outside of the package.

Delivery of your orders
Om uw bestelling te ontvangen, moet u op de bezorgdag thuis zijn. Bent u niet thuis, dan wordt de bestelling, afhankelijk van de vervoerder, meerdere keren opnieuw ingediend. Bent u dan nog steeds niet thuis, dan probeert de bezorger het bij de buren af te leveren of naar een nabijgelegen afhaalpunt te brengen. De bezorger laat u altijd via een briefje weten waar uw pakket zich bevindt. researchchemicallab.eu zorgt voor de bezorging bij het afhaalpunt, waarna u het zelf moet ophalen. Levering vindt doorgaans plaats van dinsdag tot en met zaterdag tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur. We kunnen geen exacte levertijden garanderen vanwege de afhankelijkheid van de vervoerder.

In the Netherlands you can choose from the following delivery options:

Mailbox parcel with track & trace, so you can follow your order, for €4.75. Orders over €50 are shipped free within the Netherlands.

In Belgium the options are:

Mailbox parcel with track & trace for €9.95. Orders over €100 are shipped free within Belgium.
